You the
consumer are entitled to the manufacturer’s limited expressed
warranty, if any, that accompanies the product(s). Betterlamps.com
makes no additional or independent warranty. Any and all other
warranties, whether expressed or implied, including the warranties of
merchantability and fitness of a product for a particular application
are disclaimed. Betterlamps.com shall under no circumstances be liable
for special, incidental or consequential damages including loss of
profits, even it had been advised of the possibility of such damages;
the maximum liability for all direct damages, if any, arising out of
any action shall be limited to an amount not to exceed the purchase
price of the product(s).
Online Stock Status
All
products are shipped on a first-come, first-served basis. All
stock-status indications are approximate daily estimates and subject
to change without notification. Betterlamps.com relies on our
suppliers and manufacturers for both real time and daily stock status
updates concerning hard to locate constrained products and future
product availability. We will make every effort to ship orders as
requested via shipping method within 24 hours of the date the order
was originally placed. However, in rare situations, the order may not
ship within 24 hours due to supplier or manufacturer current
availability and policy.
Any
order placed after 4pm EST M-F except on holidays may not ship the
same day but will ship the next business day. Shipping rates are
estimates only and may vary by carrier, ship to location and weight of
package. Delivery times are estimated, actual in transit time may
vary depending on the ship to location, availability of product and
policies and/or guidelines established by the shipping carrier. Please
refer to shipping carrier for additional information. In the event
that an order is not processed by Friday evening the order will ship
Monday (the next business day.) Betterlamps.com preferred carriers are
UPS
Any and all returns must
be authorized by
Betterlamps.com
within 30 days from the original invoice date. Any authorized return
without the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package
will be refused. Within 30 days of purchase we will offer an exchange
or refund of unopened product with a 15% restocking fee. Opened
product may be returned at our sole discretion for exchange or refund;
however such a return will incur a 15% restocking fee. Any product
that is defective or dead on arrival may be returned within 30 days
from purchase date with no restocking fee. After the 30 day period has
expired the manufacturers warranty process must be followed.
Shipping charges are
non-refundable.

shall accept no return without prior authorization. The RMA (Return
Merchandise Authorization) number must be clearly marked on the
outside of the package. Customer is responsible for any and all
return shipping charges.
Betterlamps.com
recommends the use one
of our approved carriers with proof of delivery for any return
shipments. RMA numbers issued by
Betterlamps.com
are good for a period of 15 days. Returns must be received at within the RMA return period. RMA numbers will only be issued within
30 days from the original invoice date. Unopened product may be
returned for a full product refund or exchange, at our sole
discretion, with a valid RMA number. Opened products may be returned
within 30 days of original invoice date with a valid RMA number and
ALL original packaging, enclosures, software, and blank warranty
cards; however such returns will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Please allow 60 to 90 days for processing of return. Product that is
defective or dead on arrival may be returned with a valid RMA number
for exchange. To obtain an RMA number please call 305-500-6334, and
have a copy of original invoice or packing list when you call.
Under no circumstances
shall
Betterlamps.com
and/or it’s respective suppliers be liable for any damages caused by
any product or service, or the failure of such product or service to
perform; Including but not limited to loss of use, lost profits, loss
of data, lost savings, or any other special, punitive, incidental,
indirect or consequential damages of any kind, whether or not advised
of the possibility of such damage.
All promotions are subject
to availability and inventory.

reserves the right to change, alter, or cancel promotions at any time
without notice.
Betterlamps.com is committed to providing the most up to date pricing
information available. However, considering pricing and availability
of products frequently change on a daily and sometimes hourly basis,
Betterlamps.com accepts no liability for pricing errors, protection on currently
published prices, or omissions and will not refund or be compelled to
honor prices as published at time of order. We will strive to make
every effort to fulfill your order if at all possible and thank you
for your business.
It is the policy of
Betterlamps.com
to not accept nor process any order placed on our site/with us, with
the bill to and ship to addresses not being one in the same. Any order
that is placed with these addresses being different will be held and
an attempt to contact the card holder will be made within one business
day. If contact is not made with the cardholder and the matter
addressed the order will be considered null/void and will be deleted
from our database.

will accept certified bank checks for orders placed on our website;
however we will allow 10 days for clearing prior to processing the
order and shipping the item(s).
Betterlamps.com
accepts American Express, Visa, MasterCard and
Discover. Credit Card charges are not submitted until time of
shipment.
Betterlamps.com does not apply surcharges to credit
cards.
